We want you to be happy. If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase from The Crafts Clothing you can contact us for the same on thecraftsclothing@gmail.com. We would be more than happy to help and solve your query.

• One can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery of the product.

• No return/exchange request will be accepted after the given time frame.

• Any cancellation request will be accepted only before dispatch of the order.

How do i return?

To raise a return request send us a direct WhatsApp message from the chat button on website with following credentials:

• Order Number

• Photo of the product you intend to return

• Reason for returning the product

What items are returnable?

• Only unstitched garments (sarees, stoles and dupattas) are eligible for returns.

• The item shouldn't have been used in any way.

• They must be in original condition.

• For clothing unwashed and unworn.

• In the original packaging with all the tags etc. 

• Items bought on sale/discounts are not eiligible for return.

Note: Returns will not be initiated for the sarees, if blouse has been stitched or fall/pico has been done.
