Return and Cancellation Policy


We want you to be happy. If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase from The Crafts Clothing you can contact us for the same on We would be more than happy to help and solve your query.

  • One can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery of the product.
  • No return/exchange request will be accepted after the given time frame.
  • Any cancellation request will be accepted only before dispatch of the order.

How do i return?

To raise a return request send us a direct WhatsApp message from the chat button on website with following credentials:

  • Order Number
  • Photo of the product you intend to return
  • Reason for returning the product

Note: Returns will not be initiated for the sarees, if blouse has been stitched or fall/pico has been done.

What items are returnable?

  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
  • They must be in original condition.
  • For clothing unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags etc.

Orders with manufacturing defect/in damaged condition or dispatch of incorrect item.

  • If you receive your order in a damaged condition or with any manufacturing defect or it's not the product you ordered email us at within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • In this case we will replace the product at no extra cost. If replacement is not possible we will let you choose an alternate product of the same value.
  • Any shipping cost related to returns will be borne by us for Indian residents.
  • For Overseas Residents customer has to bear the expenses regarding shipping of the returned product.

Note: In case of handwoven products, there might be slight irregularities which shouldn't be considered as defects or damages.

What's the next step after i raise a return request?

  • Upon receipt of your request we shall go through the same. 
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return.
  • For Indian Residents Pickup for the product will be done from our end.
  • Any cost with regards to return of the product will be borne by us.

  • For Overseas Residents customer has to bear the expenses regarding shipping of the returned product.

How soon will i get a refund?

  • After we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 1-2 working days in form of a store credit. Which can be used for any future purchases. 
  • We will notify you via email regarding the same.

In Case Of Customizations:

  • For customized orders if you are not happy with the customization you can write us at
  • No refunds/replacement will be done for customized products



  • Any cancellation request will be accepted only before dispatch of the order.
  • After you cancel your order, we will issue you a refund within 1-2 working days.
  •  You can also choose to get a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any further purchase on the website.


  1. You may exchange your order only if no fall pico have been added on your request or confirmation.
  1. You will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. (Please note that incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract very high custom duty charges. Those will need to be borne by the customer in case of an exchange.)
  1. To and fro shipping charges will be applicable in case of overseas shipments.
  1. All our apparel is made on order and cannot be exchanged. Fabrics are cut from the full yardage and cannot be exchanged,
  1. Items bought on sale/offer are not eiligible for return/exchanges.
