Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

• Note : There is a nominal fee of 99rs for Cash on Delivery Orders.

Shipment processing time (International)

International shipping takes around 6-10 working days depending on the location. Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. We will keep you informed.

Note :  For international shipping, the customer will have to pay import customs duty, if such duty is applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damaged or lost

The Crafts Banaras is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
